- a dosage of Methaqualone.

- short for "Quaaludes", a brand-name for the pharmaceutical methaqualone. A sedative developed in the 1950s and used clandestinely as a recreational drug during the 60s and 70s. Made a Schedule I drug in the US in 1984.
