  • A person who surveys things while looking for a vantage point to embark on needless rants and nonsensically uninspired conversation, as a means of regressing from thier own misguidance and malcontent in life.

    Is someone fascinated by making regardless comments on conversations where they have no intention of hearing or being involved? Maybe thier a Dickson!
